Refund Policy

We do not provide any refunds on labor. If any physical items purchased by you from J & W Mechanical are defective, please contact us at 403-248-1696 with details of the product and the defect. If requested, you can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned physical product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund of labor due to a part being installed incorrectly. If it is a result of the part being defective, no labor refund will be refunded on the part installed, or any other damage that it caused to the vehicles or equipment. If it is due to an install error, the part and labor will be covered. If any part fails due to driver error, no parts or labor is covered. If the customer provided the part, no parts or labor will be covered, if it’s a part failure. The customer must provide the new part to be installed and will be billed for the labor.

If we do replace the part or product you are still responsible for all labor to diagnose, remove and replace the defective part or product.
